This involve Love Meditations to awaken new ways for your heart, mind and body to connect in the present moment when you are sexually intimate or alone.
There is no way to describe the sessions because they are as individual as my clients.
Although some of the teachings are intimate in nature, no nudity is necessary during our time together. You will take the Love Meditations with you to practice at home.
