about chaitanyo

Chaitanyo always says, ‘Tantra starts at home, in the kitchen as part of your daily life’ and she would like to say, "welcome to my home".

Since she was very young she has always been very curious about the dynamics of relationships and sexual energy. Over the years she has become aware that in the conventional experience of sex when you feel there must be something more to it, still sometimes something beautiful happens, she touches a joy, a silence that nourishes her body and soul, some of her partners have told her that for the first time they felt the Linga was connected to their heart while making love and this was a very rare feeling. All these experiences made her aware of something more than just this sort of pleasure and because of her enormous desire for truth and love she decided to go deep into the realms of sex and love, and that took her to Tantra.

She was educated in Africa (Spanish Guinea) and Spain (Madrid).

Her life took her in many different paths, teachings and live lessons, including health issues.

Her first inquiries into her being (who I am) was at the age of 11, she became a mum at 21 and now she is a delighted grandmum of a little Buddha.

From her vast spiritual, personal growth and travels around the world, she has learned, trained, and experienced Meditation Techniques, counselling, dance-movements, Tantric Yoga, Kashmir Tantra massage, Reiki Master, Meridian energy healing (EFT) and sex-coaching. In 1994 she introduced Laughter Therapy in Norwich-England, (Evening News) working with people with cancer, asthma, and from different backgrounds. She taught Reiki and Meditation England, Germany and Holland.

Since 1980 she has been a disciple of the Indian Mystic, Enlightened Tantra Master, Osho, her beloved Spiritual Master, with whom she is still deeply connected in her heart. She says, ‘Being with Osho was a continual facing of the resistance we have to life changes. His unconditional love was the first taste of Tantra.

She also studied with other Tantra and Tao Masters: Barry Long, Charles Muir, Daniel Odier and Matak Chia. In 2003 she decided to do her training in Tantra “The Art of Conscious loving” and Sexual Healing with Charles Muir’s “School Source of Tantra” to whom she feels deeply grateful for the healing and strength brought in her roots during the training (see source). Around that time she started to feel the need to teach ‘Tantric Making Love’.

She feels blessed to have met with Papaji, Uji Krishnamurti, and the Dalai Lama. Helping her to go deep. To be more honest in her path. And with them and Osho, she experienced the most wonderful ecstatic refreshing laughter of the world, this is what she shared in her Laughter workshops.

From this background and from her life in the Osho commune Chaitanyo brings a host of different tools and meditation techniques. She combines the incredible Tantra work of Osho and Barry Long, the unique work of Charles Muir in “Sacred Sexual healing”, body awareness and sex coaching. She has been initiated in Shatik Sadhana and learned traditional Yoga from Swamij. But most of all she brings the deep work she has done and still does on herself and the experiences of love that have opened her heart to a deep understanding and compassion.
